Help Us Celebrate Liberty!

Meet Liberty! He has been one of our students in the SONBT Scholarship Program and he is about to take an exciting next step. Liberty has been with us since 2021 and we have had the privilege of supporting him thanks to you, for all of his high school education thus far. During his time in high school, he discovered his love for basketball and, as it turns out, he is really good at it! The coach of the basketball team of a prestigious school outside of Kampala saw Liberty play in a tournament and offered him a full scholarship to play for their school team. Since this is a great opportunity for Liberty to get a higher quality education and pursue his talent in basketball, we are in support of this next step in Liberty's life. 

SONBT’s goal is to see all of our students graduate from high school. This means that we are happy to be an educational stepping stone if a student is offered a more promising opportunity. We are confident that Liberty will go on to thrive in his education and finish strong!
